Verification code

Is there anyone way to get rid of the verification code upon logging in each morning? Its soooo annoying and the codes never work first time. I have it sent to email which takes forever to come through and then the code doesn't work. Can we choose to get rid of it all together? I mean, if anyone wants  to hack in and do my work for me, i'm all for it! Stupid ridiculous thing ever. Especially when I dont' have a password for my work email, it opens automatically on my computer.

    It's not possible to completely remove the verification code requirement for logging into your MYOB account. This two-factor authentication (2FA) is a security measure designed to protect your account from unauthorised access. You can check this link to our MYOB Community Forum announcement regarding the enhanced security measures.

      Well, they need to fix the problem with the codes not working. The first code sent NEVER works.

        Hi PBTannie,

         

        There seem to be no ongoing issues with 2fa and I've tried logging in with the same method, but it does not result in my first code failing. Creating a support ticket from the MyAccount window or going through MOCA to connect to the live chat team may be best.
