Documents not reaching Intray

Documents not reaching Intray

Despite resetting the MYOB Intray email address on a couple of occasions, our documents are still not reaching the Intray via email.  Can you please advise how to fix this problem?  It is time consuming having to scan them all from a printer to the email address.  Thank you!

Hi @NicElder 

So we can investigate why this is happening, can you please try sending an email to the intray email address without any document attached? Do you receive a rejection notification email when that email does not get delivered?

This test would help us identify if you're receiving any rejection notifications at all.
