Email Defaults

Please see attached sample. Every day I have to manually fill in the individual staff

members name after the "Kind Regards" multiple times.

Is there any way that I can set up either individual persons emails or is there a 
"shortcut key" or "auto text" I can create.

Thanks for your post and sorry to see that no one has replied to you as of yet. Currently the only email defaults you would be able to set up when emailing would be within the email default window in preferences, information on what can be set up is available on our help article Set up your default email messages.
