I want to have a description line on an invoice without it requiring an account code or amount and therefore not displaying 0.00 on the invoice against this line.

The desktop version allowed this, but the on-line version of AccountRight errors

Hi @TeamJenny 

This is done by going Edit >> Insert Blank Line when entering the invoice. The blank line inserted will allow you to enter in text into the description field (up to 255 characters per line). You can insert as many blank lines as required to record the necessary description without having to record an account code or dollar amount
