Invoices bounce back

Please help,

Below is what we get if we email an invoice to a client.

 

 

Sorry, email delivery was unsuccessful.

Subject: Invoice 9445316; From Tint A Car Fremantle

Sent: May 3rd 2022, 11:59:16 am

Message: Please contact us immediately if you are unable to detach or download your Invoice. Thank you.

Diagnostic-Code: rejected

Hi there,

We are still experiencing an issue sending invoices to one of our biggest clients.

The Client says other companies send invoices via MYOB & Zero with no problem.

Below is what we recieve back (I've talen out the clients email for privacy)

 

 

Sent: May 3rd 2022, 12:00:09 pm
Sorry, email delivery was unsuccessful.
Subject: Invoice 9445316; From Tint A Car Fremantle
Message: Please contact us immediately if you are unable to detach or download your Invoice. Thank you.
