Hi My newest MYOB account is not Emailing the invoices using the online E-mails. All other Emails work including remittances Pay slips Etc.
There is no history of them in (Invoices Sent) they just dont send no error codes or anything.
I have also noticed that the invoice select list is high lighted in orange when selecting form to E-mail
I have no issues using it on my other Company files just on the latest file added

If you're emailing using AccountRight's online emailing functionality, please try resending the emails as that should work. If it still does not send, let us know and we'll investigate this for you.

Hi,
We've tried to resend the invoices, but they don't send out.
Currently we have to save them as a PDF to send out manual through our email, which then takes away our trail on MYOB, as well as increasing workload when it's surposed to be simple.
Like stated before, all our other account files we have send all emails with no issue, just the new file added is having so many issues.

Can you please generate the diagnostic log after the emails fail and we'll check if there's something else causing the issue ?
