I attempted to migrate from Premier 19 to AR 2020 and the 3 forms I selected all finished with a red cross beside them but no way to see why? Any suggestions? The form have not migrated

I recommend having a look at our help article, Upgrade task - migrating personalised forms, which steps through everything you need to know about migrating forms, as certain types of forms will not migrate.
Additionally, this help article steps through the potential causes of the red crosses when migrating customized forms, as well as how to resolve them
