I can log in to that file online, as I am an administrator, but I can't access to get to a support request. Does only the owner have access to this? I really don't want to use MOCA. I have done a support case before and. it has worked well. Re: Integration with Workshop Software Thank you for that Doreen, but MYOB is linked to the Bank Account. Even if your suspicion had been correct, it would not have explained why everything went to undeposited funds. There are 2 mappings - Customer Payment to MYOB Bank Account and EFTPOS Payments to EFTPOS MYOB account - and everything is going to Undeposited Funds. Integration with Workshop Software I am working for a friend who has Workshop Software (began July 1 2025) and has it integrated with MYOB. The WS has an integration section with all the key accounts mapped to an MYOB account. The mapping seems to be working OK except that the Customer Payments section - we have mapped Direct Deposits to the Bank account, EFTPOS to an EFTPOS bank account (1-xxxx) and other stuff to a third mapped account, but everything is going to MYOB in to Undeposited Funds. Is this intentional or in there a mapping problem? Importing MYOB Accounts I have done this thousands (well, plenty) of times over 20 years. I am importing a text (Tab Delimited) file created in Excel. Evertthing comes up OK, I selected Match All then Import, and the result is "Account Number Cannot be empty". I've tried it on 2 PCs, I've checked the Excel and Text files and I'm damned if I can see the problem. Can anyone Help Please? Re: Importing MYOB Accounts Thank you for all your help. Cheers Re: Importing MYOB Accounts Thanks for that. It worked. I don't understand it. I exported the text file from the file I imported to, then I opened in Excel, inserted lines with more numbers , names and other details (all 5 digit numbers for account numbers) then tried to import it. It failed the first time. I thought the first line braces were the problem, so I removed them and tried again - no luck. Any idea where the extra blank lines could have come from? Re: Importing MYOB Accounts Thank you Multiple pay rates I use MYOB for payroll but we now have employees working on different awards using different base pay rates. Sometimes they work part of the week on 2 different awards. I have managed this so far by using their pay base rate for one award, then adding heaps of categories with a specific rate- time and a half, double time etc each with its own category instead od using the "base rate times 2" method. this necessitates heaps of changes every time an award gets a rise and i have about 120 categories for all the awards. Can anyone suggest: How else i could use MYOB? Other payroll software that could handle this? Cost of second online file - Account Right My client has Account Right - pays $130+ per momnth for an online file. What is the cost to putting a second file online for them please?
