Receivables Reconciliation Report - Out of Balance Amount.

Hi,

When I run a Receivables Reconciliation Report for the 31/12/2023 I get an Out of Balance Amount.

What would be the likely cause or what comprises the out of balance amount.

Balance as per report                        $116,529.48

Receivables Account                             71,212.23                   (This equals the balance sheet)

Out of Balance                                      45,317.25

The out of balance is the result of a Cash Receipt being posted to 2023 Trade Debtors and allocated to a Jan 24 Invoice.
