Hello,
I am trying to save an equipment purchase order for a particular supplier I use, however when I click ok to save it comes up with the following error message.
On the purchase order I have a blank line (not transaction) so we can reference the customer name. I have tried saving by deleting this line and also tried paving by changing the recurring transaction name to not have a - in the title.
If you could help me out it would be greatly appreicated.
Renee

Hi @Renw
This can often be resolved by unticking “Warn if jobs are not assigned to all transactions” under Setup > Preferences > System. If you get the error even after unticking this preference, please try deleting the purchase order, create it again and let us know if you're then able to save it.
Kind regards,
Komal

Hi @Komal_S that is what I had previously done, however today it appears to have worked. Thank you.

Hi
Despite ticking the preferences security checkbox the help article indicates I still received the validation exception error. I've found, through trial and error, that any value ending in 5 cents eg 29.95 will cause the error. I assume the system has trouble determining whether its rounding up or down? In any case changing it to, for example, 29.90 works.
Hope it helps someone.
kind regards
Chris

Thanks Chris, you saved me a bunch of time, I've been suffering with this for a few hours. In my case changing the 5c didn't help, but when I changed all values to whole numbers, e.g. ending in .00 it worked. For reference I've never had a problem with this in the past... Hope this helps someone too.
