cant open file

Hi there, I can't open my company file and it says that back up is in progress.

I have tried signing out and signing back in again however it still doesn't open. Help please!

    Thanks for your post, and my apologies for the late response. To assist you further, could you please verify the last 4 digits of your serial number and the company file ID (Help>>About AccountRight)? We're looking forward to your response.
