Change of Payroll Authority

Hi,

 

We have a new person entering and taking over the payroll on our system, how do we change the current authorised payroll person to the new one? The new payroll person is not able to post and file the payroll to IRD.

 

Please advise

Hi @AKeys,

 

Thank you for your post and welcome to the MYOB Community Forum. I hope you find plenty of useful information.

 

If you want someone else, such as an employee, to manage your payroll you can give them access to your payroll account in myIR. They will be able to file your employment information for you. You can choose the level of access your employee has. IR have the instructions on how to delegate access in your myIR account. You may have a look at this link, give access to your payroll account in myIR that will give you the full details with this.
