They are told to reset their passwords which they do, it works for a day or two then crashes again and they have to reset password & PIN. Are there any fixes on the way from the software update that has casues this? MYOB Assist - multiple pages (different invoices) The user has used the multiple pages function and scanned different invoices in one file of 13 pages. Is there a practical way to break them down into individual documents so I can create bills. SolvedMYOB TEAM - GEO LOCATIONS Hi The Geo Locations is currently not working on MYOB Teams, it is showing all staff members has having their Locations as turned off when they do not. Can this please be looked at as it is important to know that staff are at the location when clocking in and out. Thank you Myob Teams Invite Expired I've added my staff to the teams app and sent them invites. They each received 2 emails one for the app, and the other inviting them to the team with a link. A couple of them didn't action the email and the links have expired. I cannot find anywhere how to re-new the link. If I delete and re-add them they receive 1 email and it does not have a link. Then a few weeks ago, I was unable to login and it doesn't take you to the original login page. It goes to a homepage and no matter where i try to login in it doesn't work. Please help new user Tap to pay on MYOB assist app The biggest reason that I have decided not to use SOLO is because it doesn't have a quoting function. The reason why I would most like to use SOLO is because it has a tap to pay function. I'm in an annoying stage of business where I seem to be too big for SOLO and too small for business lite? Surely there is a way to create a tap to pay function in the MYOB Assist app so that I can take payments on the go, rather than have to send them an invoice. There are many times a week where this would be very useful for me but I can't seem to find any way other than a third party app which I don't want to use! Otherwise, I have found the product that I am using to be fantastic, having tap to pay in the MYOB assist app would be SO USEFUL! I have entered their email address, base salary is 0 and paid at an hourly rate. SolvedAttachments have landed in MYOB Assist! Hey all! Image and file attachments for invoices and quotes are now live in MYOB Assist. You can upload JPG, PNG, PDF and TIFF files directly from your camera, photo gallery or device files. Each file must be 10MB or smaller, with a total attachment limit of 25MB per invoice or quote. Notes not showing in MYOB intray A couple of our staff have started using this app, receipts appear in the intray albeit some are so faint that the details cannot be seen. Also from their end, they have the option to add notes but those notes do not appear with the receipt in the intray. Is there any way to make them appear with the receipt in the intray otherwise it's pretty pointless for me as the accounts person as I need to know what the expense is for.
