MYOB AE - does not detect other languages

Hi,

 

We are using MYOB AE to store our emails and other client information.

 

However, the correspondences that are saved with a language other than english (mostly email subject lines and documents) are saved with questions marks (e.g Income tax return 2020 ????) rather than the language itself. Is there a way to rectify this issue?

  • Good morning,

    I would suggest you could try to save the email to desktop and try opening it from there to test first.

     
    If it opens with the the same issue you would need to check with their IT person.
     
    However if it opens with the correct language from desktop I would suggest contact us here in support on ;
