STP Error: Your Payroll information doesn't meet the ATO requirements

Hi - Just processed first pays for the new year & met the above error regarding payroll information not meeting ATO requirements. The pay run was processed & accepted by the ATO.

 

Repeated checks of the employee card file fails to find error. Nor does the MYOB function 'Check Payroll Details' detect any setup errors.

 

Is this a temporary error or do I need to check someting else?

    When you process the pay run and report it to the ATO, are the reports being rejected? If so, is there an ATO error code with the reason for the rejection?

     

    However, If the pay has been accepted by the ATO, the data is successfully sent through.

      Hi Sam - thanks for your response. Yes, the pay run was 'accepted' by the ATO.

       

      We will monitor the next pay run & contact you if the error persists.
