Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. PDF Manager.
This was a post - unhandled exception - someone made three years ago. It doesn't say what the solution was but its still occuring with version 1.8.
We have had the exact same issue in that any scanned document cannot be rotated.
PDF manager will rotate other pdf files as long as they have not been scanned.
We get the same issue on two different pcs and using two different HP printers
That thread is closed but I would like to know what the solution was. MYOB tech people have been working on this issue for nearly two weeks and still no resolution yet.
I also scanned a document directly from the printer to a USB drive and copied it to the watchfolder in case there was an issue with the networth path, but still get the same issue.
