  • Hi NicoleCollins

    Thank you for your post.

I would like to let you know that this has been identified this as a known issue with 2020 Individual returns, and has been escalated. Unfortunately, there is no workaround at this stage and if the return is urgent, a paper lodgment will need to be made.

We are working to identify which tag in the return is triggering the rejection. Once resolved, will be included in a future release.

Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

    Regards,

        Hi daniel7

I had a look at where this rejection is at, and can see progress has been made. Further testing is required before it will be included in the next release to ensure it is working 100%.

At this stage, there is no timeline, however I do encourage you to keep a look out on eBullitions for future releases notes.

        Regards,

        Hi NicoleCollins

Apologies for the delayed response. I can see that this rejection is still outstanding, and scheduled to be fixed in the 2020.0d release, not 2020.0c. There is currently no ETA on when this will be out, however we are expecting this to be released in Novemember.
