Validation error IITR.730088

I've got a tax return with two items that fall under the 'Pension/Annuity without an Undeducted Purchase Price' worksheet.

Upon validating the return, I get the IITR.730088 error.

I've followed Jesh's instruction as per https://community.myob.com/t5/Accountants-Office-Accountants/Foreign-Pension-Errorf/td-p/666287, however not only does it not remove the original error, it also creates an additional error (something about how a corresponding Amount of UPP is required, even though I've put zeros in all amount fields)

Any ideas on how I can fix this?
