AccountRight desktop login difficulty

Sorry to bring this up again,

 

But I am still struggling to sign in. Have tried rebooting and unpluging modem and even had phone calls to MYOB and still can not resolve my problem.

 

They are all saying its my computer, but I have never had any trouble logging in. I don't really want to call a technician out for somthing I feel is not my faulty (saw the big problem MYOB had with logins)

 

Can anyone help PLEASE

  • Thank you for responding - none of that worked. BUT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I now have a new laptop just for MYOB :) best $500 spent

    Its not your computer.  That's what MYOB always say

     

    I am having the same problems and when i get into the database it has now crashed 3 times!!  and each time i have to sign on again

     

    I am using Account Right and on average my database crashes Everyday and on others it is up to 3-4 times.  I know its not my computer and internet as i work on different sights and i have the same problem at each of the sights

     

    MYOB - you need to stop blaming the internet and work on making your product more stable

    Hi dollymiss,

    When AccountRight can't connect to your company file, you may encounter "Connection error" and "Unable to connect" error messages. I recommend visiting this MYOB Community Forum thread which you may find helpful in resolving this issue. You can also clear your AccountRight cache to avoid some software discrepancies.

    Thank SueB4 - just went out and spent $500 on a laptop and no problems for the time being....Wonder if I can send them the bill - even funnier I wonder if they will pay for it.:) 

  • Sorry you had to spend money to fix the problem.  Good luck getting MYOB to acknowledge that your computer was Not the problem :)
