Advanced platform maintenance - 18 February

Hi All,

 

We have a new platform maintenance window. This platform maintenance window affects a small set of sites. Please review the 2024PLATMAINFEBRUARY plan for site details. 

 

These maintenance tasks are required to ensure our platform infrastructure and services are robust and reliable. We will perform the maintenance on the weekend to reduce the interruption.

 

Date/Time - The outage will occur in the window on Sunday 18 February 10pm - 1am NZT/ 8pm -11pm AEDT

Site impact - Advanced site outage up to 30 mins

Action required - Please inform your customers of this interruption to their Advanced site access.

 

Customer Notification:  In-product notification will be sent to subscribed System maintenance users of affected sites. Learn more about in-prod notifications here
