Advanced Platform maintenance - 25 May

Hi All, 

 

We have scheduled a maintenance period for sandbox sites and a few demo sites. These maintenance tasks are required to ensure our platform infrastructure and services are robust and reliable. 

 

Date/Time - Saturday 25 May between 8 am NZST/6 am AEST - 4 pm NZST/2 pm AEST

Site impact - Advanced site outage 5 mins

Action required - None

 

Customer Notification:  In-product notification will be sent to subscribed System maintenance users of affected sites. Learn more about in-prod notifications here

    Hi All, 

    In addition to the maintenance window on Saturday, we have scheduled another maintenance window for sandbox sites that will incur a short outage in the evening.

     

    Date/Time - Saturday 25 May between 8 pm NZST/6 pm AEST - 9 pm NZST/7 pm AEST

    Site impact - Advanced site outage 10- 20 mins

    Action required - None
