Advanced Workforce Management - Logging Opportunities in Phoenix Partner Portal

Hi Channel Partners,

 

As you may know, Phoenix previously did not have the functionality for Partners to tag Advanced Workforce Management Product opportunities.

 

We would like to confirm that an enhancement has been successfully completed on Phoenix and is now live in the Partner Portal. Partners can now view the "Opportunity Subtype" field under Partner Portal and select the appropriate Subtype accordingly to manage and identify Workforce Management Pipeline Opportunities going forward.
