CRITICAL INCIDENT: Multiple Advanced Sites Access Issues

 

Please be advised that support have received several notifications of sites down this morning.

 

Platform are investigating several stack issues that are in play which will be affecting multiple sites.

 

This thread will be updated as further details come to hand.

  • UPDATE 3.30PM NZST:

     

    Please be advised that all sites and services are now back up and running.

     

    Sites may notice some initial performance hits as the systems re-cache - this is normal and not unexpected.

  • UPDATE: 10:30am

     

    This issue is now affecting the bulk of our Advanced sites.

     

    We are working directly with AWS via a critical severity ticket to resolve.

      UPDATE: 11:00am NZST

       

      The latest update we have is that the issue appears to be part of a much wider AWS issue.

       

      AWS Engineers are currently working on root cause but are unable to provide an ETA at this point in time.

        UPDATE 11:30 NZST:

         

        No further change in status from AWS at this stage.

         

        The MYOB Platform Team are trying various workaround options in parallel.
