Updated Workforce Management Implementer Certification is now live.

The updated Workforce Management Implementer Certification is now live in Academy!

The course is approximately 20 hours in duration and consists of three modules, Introduction to Workforce Management (5 hours), Implementation (10 hours) and Employee Onboarding (5 hours).  Learners have 90 days to complete the certification.

To access the certification in Academy, the learner must have previously completed the Payroll Implementer Certification. With this completed, the Workforce Management Certification will show on the learner’s dashboard with the option to self-enroll.
