Workforce Management - Edge case - Leave applications & Contracted Hours

Hi all,

 

We've identified an edge case in Advanced Workforce Management related to the use of "Contracted Hours" during an employee's Standard Hours/Shift Pattern.

 

If the Contracted hours' figure is too low, this acts as a cap on leave requests and results in timesheets not being created for leave under some circumstances.

All partners who have clients using the "Contracted Hours" feature in WFM have been contacted directly based on a check at the database level of which employees have Contracted Hours set.
