ao tax

I have spent two hours on the phone trying to sort out reporting in AO Tax.  I have been passed around to everyone and been given one excuse after another.  Been told I have invoice outstanding but is not due until 22nd December and paid by direct debit, was then told that my status is showing as pending since June yet no one can explain why this is and how was I able to produce reports up to yesterday.

 

Have lost all faith in any programme they run and wish I had stayed with xero
