Tax tasks TC & TL

Recent;ly I upgraded my MYOB AE to 5.4.49/2023.2 SP2  and when I open a new client they do not appear when the contact is opened and in the task bar  contacts list they are not listed. As a result I am unable to enter the task dates of TC & TL and therefore need to download information froim the ATO. If the client was listed in the list obtained from the task bar, contacts this would make the process a lot earier and faster and would enable tax reports of not lodged, completed but not lodged and lodged to be maintained more accurately. So why have  new clients been excluded from the task, contacts list?
