Have had this same error message come up all day today 30/4/2026 for both NAB AU and ANZ AU Bank Feeds
Hi all,
We've raised this error with updating bank feed and is being raised internally for the team to investigate, and it should appear shortly on either our Status Hub or the Bank feeds updates page once it’s officially posted there. It’s worth keeping an eye on those pages for the latest updates while the issue is being worked on.

Like the Users above, I have been getting Bank Feeds errors since 29/4/26
I have checked the other page links with no resolution.

Thanks for posting and for sharing the screenshot.
I have had a look, and no known issues are showing for bank feed delays right now with the same dates you mentioned.
It is likely something is going on with your specific bank feed, so the best thing is to get our support team to check your file. You can send us a support ticket through My Account or start a live chat with the team via MOCA, our virtual assistant.
