Delay 08/04 - ANZ (Australian customers)

Hi everyone,

We have not received any transaction data from ANZ for Australian customers.
This will cause a delay in bank feeds updating in your files.

We will work with them to get this data asap and have it sent to our customers

    This delay was resolved yesterday evening

    Transactions for April 4th to 7th should be in your files 
    Todays file from ANZ (for transactions dated the 8th) has also not been received and there will be a delay

    AmandaC70​ , the delays are occurring because we are not being sent the transaction data from banks.
    There are some instances where MYOB has a delay in processing the bank data into customer files, but this is rare and we would impact all customers/banks.

    When it is just one bank impacted, eg ANZ in this case, it will predominantly be due to the data not being sent to MYOB.

    MYOB is rolling out open banking in 2026 which will be a game changer in this space
    Its currently available to new customers/feeds, you can read more here

    Is NAB also delayed?

    Hi redrose​ 

    ANZ distributes their transaction data on a Tues - Sat schedule 
    There will be no transactions since the 3rd due to the Easter public holidays, and the delay of what would normally be their Tuesday file.

    When we have the data from ANZ, this will presumably cover from the 4th to the 7th April*

    *Typically, the Tuesday file data would cover transactions from Sat/Sun/Mon, but as most banks sent their data on Wednesday this week due to the public holidays, I am including Tuesday 7th as an assumption right now.

    You can find the latest ANZ update over here. Make sure to hit the bell icon on the top right to be notified as soon as the transactions have come through.
