We have not received data for our Australian customers that have bank feeds with ANZ.
We will be working to get this data and once received will distribute it to customers files as soon as possible.

Hello, no bank feeds have been processed for CBA since 28th. Thank you
CBA BANK FEEDS have not updated either for us since 28/10 - Please advise if there an ETA for when this will be resolved? i have already tried to refresh, get bank transactions, changed the display status transactions from hidden, approved to current still no luck.
I have had no feeds for CBA since 28th as well.

Quick heads up, the bank feeds from AMP Bank and ANZ AU are running behind at the moment. Our bank feed team is working on it.
If your feed’s with a different bank, you can reach out to our support team so they can check your file, as it might be specific to your setup.

Hi Prue, can you post an update when they have all been processed? I have a couple of customers who are waiting for the feed. It would just be helpful to know when to tell them to re-check it.

We still have no bank feeds from NAB from this date, as well as half the feeds from the 27/10/25 are also missing. Could you please advise when this will be fixed?
