Delays 05/05/26 - HSBC and CBA

Hi all, 

Apologies, I did not get this message posted yesterday.
We have not received, or been unable to access data for customers with HSBC and CBA.

 

We are working these institutions to resolve this and get data updated to customers files asap.

    Hi ClareC​ ,

    Sorry this my mistake for not updating this original post.
    The delays were definitely resolved already

    • HSCB on 08/05
    • CBA on 06/05

    We have no known delays right now, and certainly nothing that would go as far back as April.
    You will need to get in touch with the support team so they can take a look

    Update:

     

    We have received data from CBA and this will be sent to customers files today.
    I will update again once we have resolved for HSBC

    Hi Mike_MYOB​ 

    My CBA bank feeds haven't been updated since 22/4/26. I have logged a support request and still waiting for it to be fixed. When can I expect this to be resolved?

    Hi Mike

    I'm hoping you can help me with obtaining the PAYDAY SUPER BANK VERIFICATION CODE?

     

    I've been waiting for 3 weeks now - and i need to pay super prior to eofy.

     

    Another client of mine got their PAYDAY SUPER BANK VERIFICATION CODE within 4 days.

     

    Can you please direct me to where i should go or provide assistance?

    3 weeks is definitely too long, I think it will be best if it was deleted and then register again as it seems like something went wrong the first time.
    You will need to get in touch with the support team to do this.
    You can create a case by logging in to myaccount.myob.com or you can give them a call/chat
    All options are available here

    Is it correct that as of 28 June the CBA banks feeds are still not happening?
    My last bank feeds stops at 27 April!

    HI ClareC​ Mike_MYOB​ 

     

    As of today 29 June my CBA bank feeds are still not working!! My last bank feed was 22 April.

    I logged a support request 3 weeks ago and I haven't had a response form MYOB.

    Given its almost 30 June, I have resorted to manually uploading/importing the the files myself.
