Bank Feeds Delay & Old Transactions Appearing

We seem to have a couple of clients having issues with no bank feeds transactions from yesterdaty 17/11 appearing but also have noticed old transactions that they have already allocated appearign again

Same issue today for multiple companies of our NZ client pulling old reconciled data for last 3 months. Have submitted a high priority ticket. Yesterday all was OK. A week ago there was a missing days issue which seemed to resolve itself few days later.

Hi Romina_S,

Sounds like the bank feeds are having a little moment. Some transactions not showing and old ones popping back up can definitely throw things off. We've got a post that runs through what might be causing those old transactions to reappear, so I'll pop that here: Bank Feed is showing very old transactions MYOB AccountRight how to remove.

Hi Sai,
Regarding the link our Exo Business client says "In reality hiding every bank transaction for three months per plant is not an option for us". They use Bank Feeds for multiple Exo companies.
Regarding a support ticket, we have submitted a Hi-priority one 2 hours ago (as our client is waiting) in Exo Business cases portal which is still unassigned.
Can that please be addressed ASAP?
