Bank Feed is showing very old transactions

My MOYB Bank Feed hadn’t updated, so on 28th Sept 2025 I clicked on Manage Bank Account, top left-hand corner under the Bank Transaction tab, then I clicked on Check/Update Status and when I went back in the bank feed, it is now showing old transactions from Dec 2021. 

In the Bank Account 1-1110 this has nine old Dec 2021 Withdrawals and Deposits there, also in Credit Card Account 2-1110 there is six old Charges showing from Dec 2021.

This is the first time I have ever done this.   How do I get rid of these old transactions?

    Hi ShellyMac,

     

    Thank you for the detailed rundown. Hitting Check/Update status refreshes the feed, so that’s probably why those transactions popped up. No worries, everyone starts somewhere. In AccountRight desktop, the quickest cleanup is to just manually hide those transactions. If you’d prefer, we can get our bank feed team to do a back-end delete for a specific date range. You can reach them via live chat through MOCA (our virtual assistant) or by raising a support ticket in My Account.
