Bank Feed is showing very old transactions

My MOYB Bank Feed hadn’t updated, so on 28th Sept 2025 I clicked on Manage Bank Account, top left-hand corner under the Bank Transaction tab, then I clicked on Check/Update Status and when I went bac...

Hi ShellyMac,

 

Thank you for the detailed rundown. Hitting Check/Update status refreshes the feed, so that’s probably why those transactions popped up. No worries, everyone starts somewhere. In AccountRight desktop, the quickest cleanup is to just manually hide those transactions. If you’d prefer, we can get our bank feed team to do a back-end delete for a specific date range. You can reach them via live chat through MOCA (our virtual assistant) or by raising a support ticket in My Account.
