Delay 08/04 - ANZ (Australian customers)

    Hi all, 

    This delay was resolved yesterday evening

    Transactions for April 4th to 7th should be in your files 
    Todays file from ANZ (for transactions dated the 8th) has also not been received and there will be a delay

    AmandaC70​ , the delays are occurring because we are not being sent the transaction data from banks.
    There are some instances where MYOB has a delay in processing the bank data into customer files, but this is rare and we would impact all customers/banks.

    When it is just one bank impacted, eg ANZ in this case, it will predominantly be due to the data not being sent to MYOB.

    MYOB is rolling out open banking in 2026 which will be a game changer in this space
