It's tough to pinpoint why the EFTPOS transactions aren't showing up in the report just from the info in your post. First, check if the EFTPOS transactions were recorded in the file at all. If they are, we might need to customise the report to show those transactions. But if the transactions aren't recorded in the file, you'll need to troubleshoot your EFTPOS software to fix this.
