HRESULT_FROM_WIN32(ERROR_NOT_FOUND)

MYOB Account Right

 

Whenever I try to print a report I get the following error message:

HRESULT_FROM_WIN32(ERROR_NOT_FOUND)

 

This has been happening for months, I have bypassed the issue by loggin in online but I need it fixed.

 

Additionally, now I need to customise a form and am unable to change anything, getting the same error on desktop and unable to do this online either.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi ACCSCollege 

    Can you please check if you're on the latest version of the Windows and if .NET framework is up to date?  If they are up to date and you're still getting the same error, please attach the diagnostic log here so we can investigate further.
