Thanks for your question - part of it seems to have not posted, so I'll try to answer with the information I have.
To edit pre-filled data from the ATO, you will need to delete the schedule and enter it manually - it is not possible to edit the ATO pre-filled data.
If the issue you are having is that the apportioned amount has not been imported via the pre-fill, it may be that you need to update your software, as this was something that was resolved in the latest version of the software. You will need to download and update to version 2019.0b, and then once that has been done, delete the pre-fill report, and then redownload from the ATO, before pre-filling into the return again.
