I found the note about downgrading from the desktop version of AR after I saw the bill for $136.00 per file when my multi file discount ran out. I spoke to tech support about getting the new serial numbers who couldnt promise the files would be transferred before the bill comes due tomorrow.

This afternoon she rang me to say it would all be sorted. I'd like to express my relief and gratitude this was attended to so promptly and cheerfully
