When a customers invoice has the online payments and the surcharge selected, do the surcharges only apply to payments made by the customer using a credit card and not payments made by bpay for example? I only see the surcharges on some payments received online not on all transactions (even thought the surcharge is applicable to all the invoices paid online) and I can't determine if those were paid by credit card as MYOB only says "online payment" Shouldn't the surcharge be applicable to all online payments? What we would like is for MYOB to fix the online version. Re: Invoice reminder option is blank? Its tricky to find at first. Go the the browser version and on the top right where it says the company name is where you'll find sales settings. Alternatively, go to sales on the top left, select invoices and then enter the name of the customer in search that you want to set the invoice reminder. Hopefully MYOB will resolve the issue as I find this all a bit fiddly. Re: Invoice reminder option is blank? Yes, I find the browser tricky for individual customer reminder settings. As previously stated, I have made no changes to my browser settings on Microsoft Edge or Firefox on either computer. Neither now works. Still think this is on the MYOB end. I really think its on MYOB's end as all was working fine up until a week ago. I havent changed anything. I've just logged into the browser and changed the invoice notification settings from there. Hopefully they will resolve the problem soon. Re: Invoice reminder option is blank? It was working fine on my laptop for months on Microsoft Edge, I didn't change anything. Also, it's now not working on my work PC either which uses Firefox. It's been fine on my PC for years until just the last week. In addition to my previous comment, I am now on my PC at the office on which I use Firefox and the same problem is occuring. I have not changed any preferences on either my PC or my laptop computer yet now both have a blank invoice reminder option. Re: Invoice reminder option is blank? I am using Microsoft Edge, I have tried (not the best with these things) see attached. It hasnt helped? F5 only lightens or darkens the screen. Invoice reminder option is blank?
