You just have to set up a recurring transaction. 1st Enter the transaction and save as a Recurring Transaction. Then go to Lists/Recurring Transactions and in the Edit Schedule change the settings. Set the Frequency to Monthly, Next Due Then in Alerts you can choose to Automatically Record this transaction when due & Notify Yourself.
