Yep, another case of that here. I undid my reconciliations all the way back to 2016 and never found a balanced reconciliation!!! Despite trying to get MYOB to help for weeks, in the end after losing weeks of valuable business time I found the problem myself. After the update, the system had deleted half of a lot of transfers between bank accounts. The transfer was recorded in the system correctly, arrived in the account it was sent to, but MYOB would not show the money leaving the first account. Due to this partial erasure (something that is simply not possible for me to have done) all the calculated bank balances were altered and unbalanced, with the past 6 years of bank reconciliations also now showing out of balance. The only way I was able to get the system to "see" the complete transaction was by deleting all the transactions that were not displaying correctly, re- enter them in, and then re- reconcile 6 years worth of accounts. It was a nightmare. Hope you don't have the same problem, but worth looking into if your glitch remains. MYOB was no help at all and just told me to pay an accountant to fix it. When I tried to post a full account of my experience on this forum, MYOB deleted my post claiming profanity. I didn't even use a single swear word, so I don't know how they claim Profanity.
