Employee returning from Parental Leave on reduced hours
Hi I have an employee returning from Parental Leave soon. This employee was on 40hrs per week but is now reducing to 20hrs per week for about 3 months. Would I just reduce their hours/weeks setup or should I leave it as is? I am on the method 'Always recalculate the Annual Leave balance in Days/Hours' Furthermore, how do I pay someone coming back from Parental Leave then?
