Re: Paypal Feeds For the record MYOB, we will be switching to Xero in the next month because of this issue. Just want to make sure you understand that it is definitely costing you customers. Re: Paypal Feeds For those who have had to switch to Xero because of this issue, how easy did you find it? Is there any kind of service available that can export/import over to Xero easy enough? Re: Paypal Feeds "we cannot reach a satisfactory commercial arrangement" But Xero obviously can? MYOB must be slowly bleeding customers because of this. We're going to have to consider moving there too now. The admin cost of manually entering PayPal is too significant. Re: Paypal Feeds As an online business, at least 50% of our sales are via PayPal. So yes the work involved in manually reconciling PayPal transactions is a HUGE headache. Come on MYOB, any official response/update? Graeme Olsen www.hurtlegear.com.au Re: Paypal Feeds I just contacted MYOB support and they said: "As it isn't an Australian financial institute I'm fairly certain that a bankfeeds feature for paypal would be a long way off I'm afraid." So I'm guessing it's not going to happen for quite some time. Any recommendations on who is the best alternative to switch to? Cheers, Graeme Re: Paypal Feeds Anyone from MYOB want to chip-in here and comment on when this is likely to be done? We are ready to switch to Xero for this feature but will stay with MYOB if it's coming soon Re: Paypal Feeds Any ETA at all? weeks? months? years? never? Cheers, Graeme
