I appear to have the correct payment of $109 in the bank account (MYOB010096 MYOB PAYBY) but the payment did not get applied to his invoice in the system and his invoice is still showing as outstanding. Thanks in advance BPay not working Hi, I have had two customers email me today saying they cannot pay via BPay as their bank is saying reference doesnt match. One of these is a regular customer who pays via BPay every time, so wondering if this is a short term issue/ glitch as he definitely knows what to do? Thanks in advance Jane
