The error message indicates MYOB can't find the Excel template to export via and responds with an Error popup with a path, e.g. C:\Users\Public\Documents\MYOB\AccountRight\2022.4\Reports\Spreadsheet\SALITMD.XLT Thats where its looking for the templates, and sadly, MYOB has either deleted them or not put them there. Why? I'm not speculating as to how the upgrade process works, or doesn't. We find that the templates live in: C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\Documents\MYOB\AccountRight\Current\Reports\Spreadsheet So we will copy the templates from the latter to the former location and export to Excel now works. Yes, probably not the correct templates, but its a workaround!!! HTH
