May be 2 years of data is still a lot. I have searched up from the FGH tables website that file size of over 1.5GB will start to slow down. Maximum capacity is 4GB. If you download your file, you can check the file size. Mine is 3GB already. That's why it's very slow.Re: Cloud MYOB file slow - purging of Data
Hi LDOG Thanks for sharing your experience with us. I have the same issue and keep creating a new MYOB file every 4 years. However, I need to pay for both a new MYOB licence fee (for the new file) and an old licence fee for the old file until the final 4th quarter BAS and tax return are lodged, which takes 4 months. Another issue is after the old licence was cancelled, I cannot open the old files anymore. Do you have the same issues? Mary
