Hi Adrian Thank you but that is not what I am after. Our sales team would like to be able to see the credit limit in relation to money owed. Is there any way I can get a report or have a custom report generated that will show the credit limit on a report like the reconciliation summary. Hi We are having terrible trouble with the slowness of our file. We are emailing statements and they are not getting through to customers. Can somebody please help us with this problem. How can I get the ageing on my activity statement to show the same totals as the sales reconciliation summary. Currently our salesmen receive a copy of the sales reconciliation summary with the columns: 0-7, 8-14, 15-21 & 21+ We would like to have the ageing on our activity statements to reflect the same so our customers and salesmen have the same information. Currently it isn't and is very frustrating. Is this even possible as there are only 3 ageing parameters in preferences?? Kind regards Carole491Views0likes1Comment
