New Online BAS so disappointing
Just venting, probably in the wrong board but lose track of all the name changes so not sure where to put it. So frustrated and disappointed with the new Online Activity Statement system. We've been users of the old online BAS's since the start and absolutely loved every bit of it. But there is nothing to even like about the new system, the statements are ugly, the process is clunky with approvals and sending for signature and it just flat out doesn't work most of the time. I have no idea why developers are wasting their time on updating something that wasn't broken. No doubt it's going to link into something else at some point but it is so frustrating.
