How can I contact MYOB to resolve this issue in a timely manner. Re: Lodging BAS IAS Online not working So mine is now working, after the update and updating the company file. You need to shut the computer down and re-log on - I also checked my security settings with the firewall. Once rebooted it worked, you need to ensure that your browser allows add-ons as I noted when my BAS finally loaded it said MYOB addon connector in use. Re: Lodging BAS IAS Online not working Hi, I have been trying to lodge my BAS for a week with no luck, today I have to lodge it. I have no prompt to upgrade as per every other upgrade I am on AccountRight. I looked at the option on the front menu to upgrade a company file, but our IT guys are away and with the complex server system I do not know where it is stored, is there a workaround? Normally I just get a prompt of a upgrade and it is simple. Any help would be appreciated, very disappointing about the communication with this issue. Cheers, Melissa.
